Lighthouse Premium Home Care LCC is a new home care company. Lighthouse holds a Comprehensive Home Care License issued by the Minnesota Department of Health and Human Services. Lighthouse also holds a 245D license
Lighthouse Premium Home Care LLC works with interpreters to meet all language needs.
Now accepting referrals for Hennepin, Wright, Anoka and Ramsey counties.
We accept Medical Assistance Payments either through State Services or through a Waiver. Lighthouse Premium Home Care LLC also accepts private pay.
